A measured, natural approach to facial laxity

Beautier Clinic uses LinearZ HIFU for facial lifting. A clinician assesses facial anatomy and selects the mode, depth and energy for each individual area and goal.

iSuitability and outcomes vary from person to person.

General health information

What is Facial Lifting?

Facial laxity reflects changes in skin, fat, muscle and supporting structures, so it should not be assessed as a surface concern alone.

LinearZ uses high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and supports Dot and Linear modes, with treatment depth depending on the cartridge and clinical plan.

HIFU produces focused thermal zones in target tissue to initiate repair and collagen remodeling. Changes are gradual and vary between individuals.

Goals of care

  • Assess the location and degree of laxity
  • Match an approach to anatomy, skin and goals
  • Preserve facial proportion and identity
  • Plan follow-up without promising a fixed duration

General health information

Who should begin with an assessment?

Assessment helps clarify goals, identify precautions and avoid unnecessary procedures.

  • 01

Concern about the jawline, cheeks or lax-looking skin

  • 02

Questions about suitability for an energy-based device

  • 03

Previous procedures that need review before repeating

  • 04

    A preference for natural-looking change

General health information

Review concerns, previous care, medical conditions, medicines and allergies.

02 — Structured assessment

Consider the skin, anatomy or other relevant factors before selecting an approach.

03 — Plan and follow-up

Explain options, limitations and risks, then arrange appropriate follow-up.

The Beautier Clinic approach

LinearZ HIFU at Beautier Clinic

Beautier Clinic uses LinearZ HIFU for Facial Lifting, with the mode and depth selected to suit each person’s facial anatomy and goals.

Dot and Linear modes

The device supports point and line delivery so a clinician can select an approach for the target layer and goal; this does not mean both modes suit everyone.

Cartridge-based depth

Manufacturer specifications list facial cartridge depths of 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.0 mm, depending on cartridge type and unit specification.

Area-led assessment

The jawline, cheeks, submental area and other regions differ in anatomy and risk, so the plan follows assessment rather than one shot count or parameter for everyone.

LinearZ is certified by Korea’s MFDS; this is not the same as Thai registration and does not guarantee an individual result. Before care, our team reviews the device, operator and relevant documentation in Thailand.

General health information

Limitations, risks and what to tell your clinician

Risk depends on the product, device, technique and individual health. Before care begins, our team will explain the details and precautions relevant to you.

  • Share implanted devices, skin disease, wounds, infection and previous facial procedures
  • Temporary pain, redness, swelling, numbness, tingling or tenderness may occur, alongside energy- and technique-specific risks
  • Dot mode, Linear mode and each depth are not suitable for every area or person
  • The exact unit’s Thai registration, user training, contraindications and complication protocol must be checked

Cartridge selection, parameters and the care plan depend on individual assessment and the equipment used. Results and their duration vary between individuals. This information supports initial understanding and does not replace diagnosis or individualized medical advice.
