A PRACTICAL ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRAM

Choose modules that fit the employee group

Organizations do not need every service. Modules are selected around goals, voluntary participation and individual suitability.

How the program is structured

The scope and sequence can be adapted to the organization.

  1. 01

    Assess

    Clarify needs and relevant factors.

  2. 02

    Design

    Agree audience, format and boundaries.

  3. 03

    Implement

    Communicate and deliver the program.

  4. 04

    Measure

    Review feedback and agreed measures.

  5. 05

    Improve

Refine the next phase with the organization.

What the organization may choose to follow

  • Participation and access
  • Relevance and employee experience
  • Self-care knowledge
  • Needs for a future program

Specific services, products, devices and benefits must be confirmed in each organizational proposal.

What is Holistic Programs?

Workplace well-being is shaped by workload, hours, autonomy, relationships, psychological safety and access to support.

Individual activities can help, but should not be the only response when the main drivers sit within work structure or culture.

Program goals

  • Identify needs across multiple levels
  • Set appropriate scope and measures
  • Connect activities with work-environment changes
  • Create support and referral routes

Which organizations may benefit from an assessment?

An initial assessment separates organizational, team and individual needs before activities and measures are selected.

  • 01

Building a new corporate well-being framework

  • 02

    Supporting varied or multilingual teams

  • 03

Connecting stress, sleep and burnout topics

  • 04

Ready to review activities and organizational factors

Assessment and program design

Our team plans around goals, work design, employee groups, psychosocial factors, existing resources, privacy and measures, with clear scope, privacy safeguards and referral pathways.

01 — Understand the context

Discuss goals, work patterns, employee groups, challenges and existing resources.

02 — Define scope and measures

Select topics, delivery format, follow-up and data safeguards appropriate to the project.

03 — Deliver and review

Clarify responsibilities, gather feedback and adapt the plan without guaranteeing outcomes.

General health information

Preparing and following the program

Before the program

  • Define the audience, needs and what falls outside scope
  • Agree how data will be collected, used and reported without unnecessary disclosure of individual health information
  • Set coordinators, urgent support contacts and referral pathways

During and after the program

  • Track feedback and measures aligned with initial goals
  • Review work-level factors alongside individual coping skills
  • Adapt activities using data without treating questionnaires as diagnoses
  • Refer to appropriate professionals when needs exceed program scope

General health information

Limitations, privacy and referral

A workplace well-being program does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and should not replace emergency or individualized care.

  • Participation should be transparent and avoid compelled health disclosure
  • Organizational reports should avoid unnecessary identification
  • Screening questionnaires are not diagnoses
  • Referral routes are needed for individual risks or symptoms

Activities and measures must be agreed for the actual scope; identical outcomes cannot be guaranteed across teams. Thoughts of harming oneself or others, severe confusion, chest pain, breathing difficulty or another emergency require immediate professional or emergency support.
